What turnover means

Turnover is the total amount you must wager before you can withdraw any bonus winnings. It is calculated on your deposit plus the bonus amount, not the bonus alone.

For example, if you deposit RM100 and receive a RM100 bonus, the turnover requirement applies to RM200. You must play through that total a set number of times.

How game weighting affects progress

Not all games count equally toward turnover. Slots typically contribute 100% of each bet, meaning every ringgit wagered counts in full toward the requirement.

Live dealer tables contribute only a fraction, often 10% or less. Low-odds sportsbook selections, such as heavy favourites, usually contribute nothing at all.

Maximum bet while bonus is active

When a bonus balance is active, the platform enforces a maximum bet per spin or hand. This limit is usually stated in the offer terms, for example RM30 per round.

If you place a bet above that limit, the site may void the entire bonus and any winnings earned from it. Always check the limit before playing.

Expiry and rolling windows

Each bonus runs on a rolling window that starts the moment it credits. You must complete the turnover requirement within that period, typically 7 to 30 days.

If the requirement is not met in time, the bonus portion and any winnings from it are forfeited. Your original deposit, however, always remains yours.

Deposit methods and ringgit

All bonuses are credited in Malaysian ringgit. You can deposit using Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, or DuitNow, as well as bank transfer and online banking.

E-wallet deposits usually credit instantly, while bank transfers may take a few hours. The same turnover rules apply regardless of the method you choose.

Checking your progress

The lobby displays your remaining turnover requirement on the account page. You can track it in real time for every active bonus.

If you play in Bahasa Malaysia, the interface switches language easily. Customer support can also clarify any terms in English or Bahasa.
